Close to Mahkota Malaka Hospital and places to find food

Few staff, hotel looks neglected, bathroom door is partially transparent

Although u book for 3 pax, the towel provided only 2. If ask for extra towel need to pay another RM5 for 1 extra towel..

The hotel is close to everywhere, but I don't like the bathroom in the room that I got, with a glass concept and the water got on the carpet so the carpet in the room smelled a bit musty, the bathroom needs to pay attention to the waste concept

There was a receptionist who was quite unpleasant, my family and I did not like it. The room facilities were okay, although a bit old, but still complete and in good working order. The room was quite small but enough for 2 people.

The hotel room is very clean, very worth it for every penny… It is highly recommended not to be wrong in choosing this hotel and access to the Crown Hospital is also close.

I didn't expect that for such a price the hotel would be so good beyond expectations, I will definitely come back again if I go to Melaka.

The room overall OK, the receptionist is great. For room facility at that time the TV is error, please improve again the facility. Thanks.

Less varieties on breakfast menu provided & the food was not been refilled. Not much of high expectation on breakfast.

This is my second visit, overall good. The room is spacious. The view also good, it 's sea view. The most important it 's walking distance to Mahkota medical center.

The staff is not friendly, on the contrary the housekeeping is very good and friendly, everything else is okay.

My car was stolen at the night before I check out from the hotel carpark. The carpark isn't gated at night and the security only work up to 12am. Report the incident to hotel reception doesn't help, the lady still laugh and thought I'm joking. Did not offer any help and just ask me to file police report. Hotel room and facilities are poorly maintained, very run down.

Location Not near the crowds, the food doesn't taste good.

Everything was ok except I stayed for 2 days but they didn't bring drinking water for the 2nd day. They also didn't bring towels to change.

Pleasant and comfortable stay at Eco Tree Hotel.
