The staff is kind, friendly, and serves hotel guests well. The location is easy to find and is located on the main road of Cihampelas. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable enough to rest after a busy day. The hotel staff is also friendly and responsive to guests' needs. The hotel feels safe and quiet despite its central location, making it suitable for short vacations or business trips.

The room was very noisy, not soundproof, and other guests were left unattended. The room was dirty.
