Lovely rooms, great staff, wonderful breakfast, splendid location!

Great hotel, close to the arena and very friendly staff

Really great location near the university and museum. A little far (30 min) walk to city center which we didn't mind. The bed was uncomfortable, too hard and dipped which really bad for a restful sleep. The guest house is underground with windows so it's okay but it does feel like a basement. Not a bad thing, it's pretty quiet but good for expectations!

The room was cosy and very clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was very clean with a good shower. I especially enjoyed the breakfasts.

Everything was amazing 👏 Harry was our forst point of contact when we arrived earlier tjan pur 3pm check in. He accompanied us soo well amd his hospitality skills are a credit to his team. Who also were amazing 👏 from check out to breakfast staff also. Tje breakfast blew me a way *I'm a chef* They made our stay so welcoming. From special arrangements for valentines aswel as continuing to be hospitabale after check out also by allowing us to leave our bags while we explored the local attractions. They were very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back in the future. on arrival, to a wonderful bedroom

Room + bathroom were clean ,bit carpet could do with being renewed.

Twin room. Could be cleaner ( some dust) but overall very nice bathroom very clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice including healthy options. Cooked breakfast was nice and hot (covered buffet). Staff all friendly and helpful. Beds were a little hard for my taste but room was quiet and I slept well. I would stay here again without question.

Got parked at front door.very clean and quiet.

No fridge or microwave inside unit. Too much street noise. Room was clean, liked room decor themed matching curtains and sheets.

The room was clean and tidy if a little small. Bathroom was also clean but cold. Heating kicked in at 8am only. Breakfast was excellent over the road

Clean and comfortable room. Decent shower. Small double bed for the single room I’m stayed in. Great location for city centre and exhibition centres (ovo arena, SECC). The guy on reception wasn’t the chattiest but he sound full of a cold and I was only staying one night so didn’t cause me any inconvenience. Would definitely recommend as a nice place to stay for a city break or stop over.
