Staff friendly and clean apartment

Clean, good view, quality of toilet paper very poor. Television poor, only one English speaking channel and that was American CNN. Special offer meal deal not good value.

Apartment was excellent in all aspects . On site restaurant facilities very dissapointing with 2 of 3 restaurants closed. Parking late evening very challenging.

Clean and suite,nice view.only negative point swimming pool was closed.weather was 28 degree still can use swimming pool.sad they closed early because of season.

Views (I was on the 3rd floor looking to the golf course? Were AMAZING, property looked like it could have been better maintained, rooms were a bit dusty when checked in, would have loved room cleaning services without asking. But I noticed that it is part of the Spanish culture to not care too much and customer service is not a strong point in that culture, other than that breakfast was worth every penny. 4 out of 5 for me.

Staff was friendly and make us feel welcome. The room was big with two rooms, two baths, kitchen, living space and terrace. The space was well equipped however the furniture it is old the room had view to the golf course and a little of the sea. The property itself it is big with a lot buildings and spaces but the whole property looks outdated some of the amenities are closed or it's been a couple of years that they are not in use. Most of the elevators do not work. We were told that the laundry was included but at the time of our stay we did not get a cleaning kit for the room that was included in our reservation. The property has a lot potential needs some upgrades. Also will be good to have a shuttle between the hotel and Steppona to mkae it easier to communte.

Good location, easy to find, great views of the golf course

First off they were very disorganized at check in, some people even got into an argument about who was next. There was also a problem with alarms in the lobby and the fire alarm as well went off one day, the noise was very annoying. It very far from everything. Overall was ok but we will not choose this place again.

The actual room was nice, but 82Eur for 3 for lunch and the food was aweful and poor choice for that.

Part of a longer travel trip.

Quite possibly the worst place I have walked into in Spain, we checked in and then straight out again. There is no way I would stay there let alone with 3 children. The place is unsafe, dirty, mouldy and smelly. Broken lifts with exposed lift shafts, broken furniture, mouldy stained furniture. We were offered an alternative room, apparently their best one, that smelt worse than the first. Am currently waiting for a refund

I Will never stay at this place again. a soulless , place , like a prison , difficult acces. about a kilometere to the reception, from the apartments, A gross example of Spains ugly vision of mass tourism, the golf course is pathetic and un inspiring, with unfriendly staff in the pro shop, Avoid this place like Covid.

Very confusing layout of the buildings, elevators, exits.

Das Hotel Ona Valle Romano ist von außen in keinem guten Zustand, ein neuer Anstrich würde gut tun. Wir hatten für drei Nächte eine Ferienwohnung mit 2 SZ mit 73 qm. Die Ferienwohnung war hervorragend mit einer großen Küche und allem Zubehör ausgestattet. Ein großer Balkon mit Tisch, Stühlen und zwei Liegestühlen war ebenso dabei. Die Wohnung war ziemlich neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Leider lässt das Buffettrestaurant sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Raum ist sehr kahl, die Stühle haben Holzfüße ohne Filzgleiter, so dass ständig ein sehr lautes Kratzen der Stühle war. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut. Alles vorhanden! Leider war das Abendessen eine Katastrophe. Am ersten Tag bekam man das Essen serviert. Ich bekam innen schwarze Kartoffeln, der Brokkoli und der Blumenkohl warn bräunlich und der Fisch zäh wie Gummi. Die Nachspeise war am Buffet. Dort waren u.a. Ananas, die braun angerändert waren. Die anderen Tage war Buffet. Dieses war besser. Man fand sich etwas, aber ich konnte nicht mehr mit Appetit dort essen. Also bei Buchung überlegen, ob man entweder nur das Apartment oder nur das Frühstück dazu bucht.
