This hotel was nothing fancy, you're literally paying for convenience. It's mixed in with residential and hotels so it's not an up to date area. But walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Our balcony door did not lock properly but it wasn't a big deal for us. Towels were limited. If you're going to be out all day then this hotel is a good deal.

The walls are very thin, you can hear the other neighbours from all directions. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep, especially at weekends. The location is excellent.

Stayed here for 3 nights a haven’t got one complaint. Made welcome on arrival and service was excellent throughout stay. Perfect location 2min walk to beach and shops

It was really good walking distance from the beach! It’s nice and clean and has a lift. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked the courtyard view room and got a view of the street still. I really enjoyed our stay here.

Room was mostly functional with slight must smell. Bed comfortable. Drawer broken , shower door broken , sink took forever to drain.

Car park to expensive 12 € a day .

Cannot complain in the least. For the price this hotel was great. No pool but reflected in cost.

Clean and tidy, and really good value

The facilities are good. Location is great, just couple of minutes from the beach. Breakfast was ok. Same for 6 days and only one staff to cook and serve food for everyone. Receptionists did not show any interest, did not even say hello to us. In the whole hotel only met one friendly staff member. Probably some staff training would be beneficial to most of them.

The hotel was clean. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach.

It was great in general. Would definitely recommend the hotel as it’s close to the beach and the staff is friendly. Only issue I had was when the receptionist said he’ll order a taxi to the airport with a card reader but he didn’t and I had to pay by cash which I didn’t have and missed my flight back home but overall it was amazing <3

Was a cheap weekend away for my birthday. Was pleasantly surprised at how nicely decorated the hotel was for the money. Tried breakfast but it was disappointing. Cold sausages and cold beans. Hotel was just a short 3 minute walk from beach. Would definitely stay here again

Good hotel which catered for our holiday. Nice and clean rooms. All that was missing was a swimming pool and the hotel would have been perfect. But the beach was not far away so that compensated.

I recently stayed at Hotel Don Pepe over the 4th of July weekend and did not have a pleasant experience overall. The hotel staff had only one helpful and respectful member. All of the others were rude, short, and disrespectful. The hotel offered a "welcome drink" voucher however, you could only use it between 1600-1700. That's bad customer service and a complete joke. It's not much of a "welcome drink" if you can't use it upon arrival. The bar hours were pretty short as well and was never manned. Additionally, the WiFi did not work in my room the entire 4 days. Furthermore, every time I called for assistance resolving my WiFi issue, the receptionists were rude and did not fix the issue. They were very passive aggressive and dismissive. I also had issues when requesting a cab, the receptionists were rude and I had to ask more than once before receiving the cab. Lastly, the only highlight from this hotel was the close proximity to the beach and the rooms were clean.

I had an amazing time! The staff were incredible attention with us, specially Jose, who helped us with the best tips about places restaurants and places to go.

The stay was amazing. The moment we walked in the hotel a friendly gentleman greeted us warmly. We named Him Pepe because he looked like a proper icon for Don Pepe Hotel. Everything was clean, actually better than we had hoped. Room was nice and comfortable, bar was alright and the luggage hold was decent. We didn't try the breakfast nor the dinner opportunity. One more good thing about this hotel was the location - Bike rental was literally out the door and across the street! Beach was just 200m down the road (down the hill so it was even nicer) and all the possible dining places were really close by. In addition it had a few shops and supermarkets basically in 5 minutes walk radius. Therefore I am more than sure than on my next stay in Mallorca I will try and get a room in Don Pepe Hotel. I am very glad I stayed there.
