We loved everything about our stay there!! The location was awesome and the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness and size of the room. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and happy hour! We wouldn’t change a thing!!

Beautiful hotel, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the pool and rooftop was amazing. The views are incredible of the Empire State Building, and we were a group of 9 ladies. Awesome time!

Very clean property. Friendly and respectful staff. Close to train station. The rooftop pool was awesome also. Definitely a fun stay and think I will return for my trips to NYC

This was our second time staying at the Royalton Park Avenue and we will be back again. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is so attentive.

Excellent stay at Royalton Park Avenue. Great location, very helpful staff. Pool is great with good supervision, close to excellent bar on upper level. If I’m back in NY will definitely stay again.

The rooftop pool and location made this hotel amazing for families and also easy to get around no matter where you were going. The rooms were also a good size for a family. The hotel felt very safe as well.

Exactly what I wanted.

Loved how big the rooms were, bathroom was big and clean. The property itself is really nice! The rooftop pool is a plus with gorgeous views. The only pet peeve was that at times the elevators took a while but that’s to be expected for a big hotel. And the sun-beds and the floor got hot at the pool. But again to be expected because it’s right in the sun.

The hotel itself was nice but the staff was very poor.
