Beautiful building and quiet compared to busy streets nearby. For foreigners it is nice alley and gate for Uber drivers to meet you inside of.

Great value in a central location. Helpful staff. Food a little basic in terms of selection, but not bad. A coffee machine would be a nice touch.

A++ for my comfortable bed, great shower, very tasty breakfast, room amenities and the amazing staff. The added bonus is the beautiful garden that made stay very comfortable and relaxing. My stay was the best part of my visit.

A comfortable hotel near to the city but away from the main noise. There was construction going on so it was a bit noisy at times, but that cannot be helped to allow for improvements. The staff were respectful and accommodating and the food was good. There could be some more variation in the non-indian menu. Overall, a good place to stay and I would recommend.

The house converted to guesthouse is definitely a gem in the center of busy streets. Hidden away from the noisy neighbourhood, the place is homely and clean with good hot shower. We stay in one of the biggest room facing the garden which able to fit 5. The breakfast is tasty and well served.

It's located in about 5 min walk from MI Road, main streeet in Jaipur, so you can enjoy relatively calm and cosy moment in Jaipur. Staff was friendly and you might be able to enjoy a cup of chai in lawn garden if it's not too hot. Variety of menu in restaurant was nice for long stay, too. If there were a refrigerator in hot days, it was better.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It offered a good substantial breakfast which changed slightly everyday and had a helpful staff which booked us an affordable driver for several days in Rajasthan. The hotel is set slightly off a main road and had two courtyards which were great for relaxing and escaping the busy city. Our room was large and the air-conditioning worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

Had great nights sleep. Could not hear any traffic noise. Staff very professional and efficient. We had standard and superior rooms both excellent. There is a box in reception for staff tips. This works so well and helps towards a hassle free stay. Only minus the dining room is like a canteen, but the food is good.

Very friendly and helpful. The room (20) was a detached bungalow in the gardens and very quiet, a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur.

Feels like a vilage. Always hot water and great WIFI connection, akthough the need to renew accounts is annoying. Restaurant prices are reasonable. The voices from the mosque are a real trouble, but this is common to all residents of tis area.

Booked the family deluxe room [spacious with 1 double and 2 single beds] for 1 night, room was clean and all the amenities worked as expected. Restaurant food was decent. In a industrial area [auto mechanics] so did not feel comfortable wandering around. Booked a massage, required going to the sister hotel [Arya nivas], was reasonably priced but the massage was basically a oil rub and not worth the cost.

Great hotel hidden at the end of a dead end street. My room was basic but clean with a powerful AC unit. Restaurant serves a wonderful all veg menu that is very much worth the visit. Reception staff is very helpful at answering questions you might have and will provide you a city map.
