The swimming pool water was dirty until my eyes were cloudy all day. Luckily I treated it immediately.

The villa is clean and perfect for families, especially honeymoons. The atmosphere is very peaceful.

The restaurant food is very delicious! You have to try their duck sambal matah menu and their pasta carbonara—it's perfect! Apart from that, the villa is very good and beyond expectations, suitable for vacationers who just stay in the villa because everything is complete. There is a private swimming pool in your room, a shared swimming pool, restaurant, and billiards. Although the location is a bit distant from the city center, I am quite pleased with my stay here. The staff are very friendly, and I enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink at check-in. Overall, my experience has been delightful, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a tranquil getaway with good service 💯👍.

Clean, comfortable place, away from noise.

I stayed for the initial honeymoon in the CS lobby and the security was very unhelpful and unfriendly in my opinion. For the 1st room, the impression is very fragrant, the room is big and comfortable and clean too. But the service at breakfast is lacking and the waiter is not friendly. Right at checkout too. My husband and I had difficulty carrying suitcases but housekeeping/maids just watched and didn't smile or offer to help. Please improve the service again.

The location is very easily accessible from the N2 Toll Road, only 1.5 KM, the view is very good from the pool view and suitable for families because the private pool is quite large.... Next time I will come there again.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the villa is very comfortable and quiet. Far from the crowd.

Let's begin with the front of the hotel. My partner and I were welcomed by the friendly security who took care of our luggage and carried it to the lobby. The staff, especially the villa receptionist who was a girl, was full of spirit and friendly, and her smile is contagious! She explained the details of our accommodation, our rooms, when the restaurants are open, and how to act during Nyepi. The room is quite spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bedside lamps are all working, and the curtains are certainly helpful during Nyepi. In the kitchen, we were provided with stoves, pans and pots, and utensils enough to cook simple items. The pool is around 1.4 meters deep, very clean, and you can also ask for the cleaning service to clean your pool starting from 9 A.M. The staff are very quick with dealing with your needs. The restaurant provides an amazing buffet, and they also provide certain menus and can directly deliver food to your room! You can also choose to eat at the restaurant. For a villa this fancy, the food and beverages price isn't that high, which is quite surprising. I'll be sure to come back here again if I have the chance to visit Bali again :).

I can only say perfect. From the start, you were greeted by a friendly front office, polite staff, clean & well-maintained rooms. Even when I overslept for breakfast, the villa offered to bring it to the room. Thank you to all Luxotic Villa staff for making my stay enjoyable. Continued success for you. PS: it's a shame I didn't meet Ko Ric, so I can't ask for a photo together. Ha ha ha.

The villa is good at a height, you can see the sunset and the Garuda Wisnu Kencana statue, the view is really cool, the atmosphere is calm, what is certain is that the water is large and not sticky (usually when you take a shower with a small water discharge, your husband really doesn't like it because it will take a long time to shower 😄) just right came here just the two of us because it was right after the anniversary, I will come here again with the children, I will definitely like it because there is a swimming pool for children, it's really cool.

Very nice place. It's clean and all staffs are helpful. They even provide us shuttle for free to reach nearby area. It is a very recommended place to stay for vacation.

At first a bit confused because the entrance is not visible. There are no posts signpost from the main highway. But after entering the villa location, service and villa satisfactory condition. Clean, friendly, comfortable, nice interior. For a honeymoon destination can be an alternative for couples who want to search for. Full room amenities include a private pool. However, the breakfast menu is very limited so that the future can be reproduced breakfast menu selection. Good!

Too bad about their service, be carefull if you come with family, they will ask for additional charge and it's really expensive
