Good place to stay in Cyberjaya

I stayed at Citadines Cyberjaya with my family of four, including two young kids, for a short getaway. The location is definitely a highlight — directly connected to DPulze Mall, which made it easy to find food and entertainment without needing to drive. The room was cozy and clean, and we appreciated the added security with floor access requiring a room card. Parking was RM5 per entry, though it's unclear whether that's charged per stay or per day. However, a few things didn’t quite meet our expectations as a family. There’s no kids pool, which was a bit of a letdown for the children. Breakfast was served a la carte and brought to our room, with selections made during check-in — convenient, but not the variety we were hoping for. The room came with a washing machine and dryer, but unfortunately, they didn’t work. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a great location, but some family-friendly features could be improved.

The reception staff were excellent and prompt, and the bellboy was also very responsive. The hotel is located next to a mall and a supermarket.

I am extremely disappointed with my room this time. It is very clear that the previouse guest smoke inside, and the strong smell of smoke is still present. The air is so unpleasant that i found it difficult to breahth and my clothes now reek of smoke. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel room. Hope when i come back this I can have the better room.

Convenient as it is located above Dpulze Mall, so easy access to eatery outlets and shops. Ample parking too. Took the 2 bedroom room and it is perfect for families. Overall, stay was ok.

Good location, I from Bukit Bintang take MRT TRX (Putrajaya Line) you can choose stop at Putrajaya Line or Cyberjaya Utara check price for Gran can compare first.Near mall easy to get food inside mall,have swimming pool, gymnasium, staff friendly, really recommend this place.

Worth it, big room, easy parking access, easy mall access. Always meeting in Putrajaya 15 minutes away. At night you can watch TGV cinema. Cheap price

The room unit is very clean and comfortable, food is great, but the facilities of the gym room and swimming pool are not maintained. But overall, it is OK.

Clean & quiet room for relaxing

If you're looking for a nice neighborhood and vicinity to places such as a mall, food stalls, public parks, this is the best hotel. It's a bit far from Kuala Lumpur city center, but I took Grab from the Hotel to Cyberjaya/Putrajaya Train station (10 minutes drive) then head to Kuala Lumpur by KLIA express train, 17 minutes to KLCC. You can find everything you need in the DPulze Mall. Had a working microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, which was perfect! They provide us with amenities and utensils as well. Will stay here again in the future.
