Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax throughout the trip. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The food was a highlight—there was a great variety of options, including Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese, and more, so every meal felt exciting and satisfying. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the private beach was clean and peaceful—perfect for unwinding. Overall, a great place to stay and I’d definitely come back!

The staff Ngoc Tram is very friendly and enthusiastic, helping me check in early. The restaurant has delicious breakfast, the room is clean and airy. Worth a try, will come back.

The requirements for cleaning services are not met properly and cleanly, the toilet faucet flows out dirty water with rust residue from the faucet.

Bên khách sạn báo 15:00 nhận phòng nhưng đến 16:30 thì mới có phòng, khi có phòng nhân viên cũng không báo mà đợi mình lại hỏi 2.3 lần . không mời khách nước khi chờ đợi , không mang vali ra xem cho khách .. nói về vấn đề đợi phòng trước đó có 1 nam khách hàng đã to tiếng vì cho nhận phòng quá trễ , bên kĩ thuật xem lại vì kh đến nơi đã rất mệt mõi mà phải chờ đợi , chúng tôi không chấp nhận bất cứ lý do gì để chờ đợi T2 resort 5s nhưng mọi thứ rất tệ , phòng rhif cũ khăn thì ngã màu view nhìn ra biển và tất cả mọi thứ đều xuống cấp trầm trọng .Mong bên phía RS xem xét lại

Resort có 2 bể bơi vô cực, nhìn ra biển rất tuyệt vời. Nhà hàng Cape Nao ăn buffet có rất nhiều món, nghe nhạc rất chill.

Khách sạn này không quá xa trung tâm thành phố, đi lại thuận tiện. Trải nghiệm kỳ nghỉ của gia đình mình khá tốt, đồ ăn ngon vừa miệng, các bạn nhân viên thân thiện, dễ thương. Có bãi biển riêng và nhiều hồ bơi, trẻ em rất thích. Kid club hơi nhỏ. Không có khu vui chơi ngoài trời cho trẻ. Khuôn viên cây xanh cũng không nhiều lắm, phòng sạch sẽ nhưng cơ sở vật chất hơi cũ. Đáng trải nghiệm

Service is ok every time is good, this time the bad air conditioner keeps turning off by itself so it's quite hot

Đồ ăn ngon (buffet sáng) đa dạng. Tuy nhiên có vẻ nhân viên phục vụ quá tải, nên chất lượng phục vụ chưa tốt. Phòng vệ sinh mở (ko kín đáo). Mình ở 2 đêm, cửa phòng chính bị hỏng nhưng từ lúc check in đến khi check out vẫn không có nhân viên sửa chữa, khi ra ngoài phải chặn cửa để lúc quay về còn vào được.

Hotel service is not professional, the landscape is ruined not worthy of the standard of a 5-star resort, the room is large but the facilities are average.

So great from the staff to the service, everything is worth it, everyone in their life must come here once, they are so crazy 😍

1. Service: Questionable quality (-) Room clean up in a hurry. Visible traces of wiping on furniture when checked in. (-) Critical: We found the door unlocked in the evening after returning from our full day Bana trip. Luckily we put all valuable in the safe so no big issue. We did notify staffs for check up. The room was cleaned up while we were away so the reason must be staffs failed to lock the door properly. However it is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. 2. Facilities: (-) We didn't like the room design with toilet and bath room are not fully separated from bedroom. There is only a half full wall in between. Every noises from water running to... could be heard clearly especially during the night. There are 2 hand washing basins but what for? It is a waste of space. (-) Table has many clear visible cosmetic wears. (+) We love the big main pool 1 with clear ocean view. (+) We like the Kid Club which gave our energetic boy a corner to play. 3. Location: (+) By the beach and within 1 km from the Marble Mountain (Ngu Hanh Son) 4. Other: (+) Good breakfast
