1. Hotel owners touch female guests when their wives are away. It is unacceptable. 2. The hotel owner does not tolerate wifi for guests, visitors wait from 2pm to 6pm to install wifi. But before that, I told the guests "I don't like to install now". 3. Room is dirty, old, not like picture -> scam 4. No water heater

I booked a family room, when it was not working, the hotel was moved to a double room.
