Lost they Quality

Floor not clean, bathrooms doesn't work, showers terrible, jacuzzi doesn't work and dirty. Administration didn't resolve for a better room. They gave me similar. Service in the restaurant Excellent. Excellent actitud . The Hotel its actually Diferent.

One of the worst hotels in Merida, building with no maintenance, no hot water. I need to ask for some basics like soap & toilet paper! The only good thing about the hotel is the swimming pool and its location. It used to be one of the best hotels in Merida 18 years ago but not anymore.

Very well located for our stay in Merida.

It was a nice experience. The area was clean! Only problem I had was no internet in my room.

Hotel con Excelente ubicación, con estacionamiento, restaurante y servicios. Desayuno incluido con huevo al gusto, frijoles, fruta, jugos y café. La alberca muy agradable. Habitaciones muy limpias y con buen mantenimiento. La regadera necesita mantenimiento ya que el agua no sale uniforme y termina mojándose el piso del baño.

The buffet that is included is eggs, toast, refried beans, and chips. Don't think it'sorw than that ! Staff was not pleasant, my room changed 3 times and when I told here the whole floor of the bathroom was leaking she did not believe me so I took her to the room and had to show her. I won't back

Our stay was not that good, every time we went to get our breakfast we were ask again and again about our room . The service for breakfast terrible had to wait to get service. Made it so hard on us since we had a tour and wanted to take advantage of the breakfast.

Not the normal extra firendly staff you'll fiend in México. Most of the employees doing the very minimum especially de servers. For the prices is not bad.

terrible pet friendly policy, it seems like the deposit is pre planned to never b returned to the customer, is just a scam, might as well call it a pet fee, not a deposit

The rooms in this property are in bad shape. Leaking roof in bathroom, loose and missing grout, non working tap in bathroom sink, old rusting fixtures, hot tub was not working ( as part of a junior suite). Hotel went on strike and we were placed in a different hotel, w weren’t notified beforehand. The best part was the staff. Very friendly and did their best to accommodate us.

El día antes de que finalizara mi periodo me dijeron que tenía que abandonar el hotel pues lo hiban a cerrar porque entrarían en huelga los empleados y si no me dejarían enserrado con todo y mi equipaje, luego me dijeron que yo saliera y me iban a reubicar en otro hotel cosa k no hicieron y cuando pregunté por mi equipaje nadie sabía nada fue muy estresante mi experiencia en dicho hotel el personal es muy amable y respetuoso cosa que no es el personal administrativo yo en lo personal no recomiendo este hotel.

The stay was nice, location perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was ok nothing special (Americana breakfast review only). If you stay there be careful when laying down your head as a cement decorative ridge is perfect to hit the back of your head on. I have an egg on my head from doing that twice. The personnel ere all very kind. Overall nice place to stay.
