I have to wait over an hour for the check in. Stuff looking at you at all moments uncomfortable. And the area it’s around the beach to logic be shirt less. And I was told not to be when I was heading to my suit.

The room wasn’t in the best condition, certainly dated. I had to wait 3 hours to check in after check in time of 3pm. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay.

Room was dirty

There was not even a spoon and the basic amenity in the room , I was asked to pay a resort fees of 35 reas when I was checking out , I already paid all the money when I checked in , they never told me at that time Now when I am checking out they want me to pay .. how rude is that .. no options for vegetarians in breakfast Not even they have tomatoes and cucumbers I will never visit again

La habitacion que nos habian asignado inicialmente no estaba en condiciones ideales (Particularmente el baño estaba bastante viejo). A la mañana siguiente, ante nuestra observacion, nos cambiaron a una habitacion superior.

The property was poorley maintained and there was also a lot of mould in eating area on the roof and our room 505. Some lifts were out of order. Pool grounds and pool.edges need a good clean over. The managment team should be ashamed of themselves.

For the price I paid it is worth it. The rooms are spacious, but needs refreshing. Love the security presence !!!

Only downside for us was that the pool was closed unexpectedly for half of our stay.

Hot tub was excellent. only one of the two outdoor hottubs was warm though. indoor hot tub also excellent.

Overall good. Bed had a slight slant to the side. Food was good. Hot tub was excellent. Gym was very good

This was our second time staying at Wyndham Rio Barra. Our first experience in August 2024 was very positive, which is why I chose to book the hotel again for our family vacation. Unfortunately, this time was a major disappointment. The room we were given was outdated, with missing furniture and an overall unpleasant appearance. I addressed the issue with the front desk, but they repeatedly said there was nothing they could do beyond the room category I had booked—despite the fact that the room clearly did not meet the expected standard. The following day, I spoke to the front desk again, and they moved us to another room of the “same category.” While slightly better, it was still far from ideal. The shower floor was clogged and ended up overflowing, adding further frustration to our stay. I once again asked for a room change or a solution to improve our experience, but they insisted that the only option was a paid upgrade. This situation was not our fault—the room was simply not fit to accommodate any guest. Although I love the area, I do not plan to return to this hotel.

Muy mala experiencia, no recomendable…..Al hacer check-in la habitación asignada no tenía electricidad, luego me dieron una habitación sin las camas necesarias. Se tardaron 1 hora en entregarme la habitación. En la estadía el hotel es muy sucio, olor a humedad y desayuno malo. Me tocó perder mi dinero de la estadía e ir a otro hotel Finalmente, de la cadena Wyndham sólo tiene el nombre, no cumple los standards de otros hoteles Wyndham en los que me he hospedado.

el desayuno muy bueno la atencion de todo el personas desde la recepcion personasl en general del hotel, las faclidades del supermercado 24/ 7 muy practico asi como una maquina expendedora de refrescos facilitan la estadia para cualquier hora un pluz extra desde este maginfico hotel ni que decir de las habitaciones bastante bien.

great location, beautiful view, very very old mold infested budling which is a health concern Active phone in the room to reach front desk is needed Needs a cafe with food options for lunch and dinner English speaking front desk- took us 30min to check in and manager has to be called

Location is good but staff needs training and rooms smell musty and were not very clean.
