Good overall

My stay at the Delmond Hotel in Cuiabá was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are of great quality—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were consistently professional and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Room service and the restaurant were both excellent, offering good variety and quality. Parking is also well managed, with hotel staff facilitating the process smoothly, which adds an extra layer of convenience. Hotel was in a perfect location for us as we were here to work with the State Government. The rooms were comfortable and loved the pool. The front desk does not speak much English. Breakfast was good but the restaurant at dinner time has extremely slow service. Showers were fine and liked that they had a desk to work on. Rooms also have a safe and ample closet space.

Overall, this hotel is slightly above average, but within Cuiaba, this is probably one of the best hotels which is indicative of the overall low standard in Cuiaba city. The rooms are clean, albeit sparse. The bed is hard, and the linens and furnishings are of average quality.

Brilliant hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. About 20 mins taxi drive from airport. This was my second stay in a week, sandwiching a pantanal tour. Couldn't ask for more.

Was a brief overnight stay but the hotel is lovely. Very comfortable and really helpful staff who spoke English. I am staying there again.

We stayed for 4 nights on the suite on the 10th floor. The best thing about this hotel is the comfortable bed, which is perfect for resting. Breakfast buffet was great, but it ended quite early, at 10 am. Room service has menu in english, but don't bother trying to order over the phone because noone speaks english in the other side of the phone, so you would have to come down to reception and let them know you want to order room service. The food at the restaurants were a bit salty, but it was very filling. Pool area was great, but the water was freezing cold (we stayed there during winter time). For the price and the comfort of the stay, I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed in Cuiaba for 4 days and picked Delmond based on their high reviews everywhere I looked. It's far from the airport, but 5 minutes away from Shopping Pantanal, and I found myself going there daily for the great selections of restaurants and shops.

This hotel is centrally located in Cuiaba. The cab from the airport took about 30-40 minutes and costed BRL 69. Most of the staff was very nice. The room is good-sized and functional. The bathroom needs a bit more cleaning. The best thing about the room is the water pressure in the shower is very strong. I had dinner at the restaurant and it was average. However, their buffet breakfast was very good. Considering the rate, I can recommend this hotel.
