I saw the hotel a little less put together … there were cockroaches running around and inside the cabanas

Nos quedamos a pasar el 24 de Diciembre y la pasamos muy bien ya que hubo una fiesta y disfrutamos del hotel. Recomiendo ir al restaurante giratorio; muy bueno y a buen precio.

We stayed at the Sonesta with my family and once again had a wonderful experience. This is my second time here, and I absolutely love this place. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. The free breakfast is a great bonus, and everything about the hotel makes the stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Me he hospedado en varias oportunidades en este hotel, pero esta última quede completamente decepcionado, por el precio que se paga muy mal hotel. 1) personal descortés, en el bar de la piscina todo el tiempo el personal están hablando entre ellos y en recocha, no están pendientes del cliente, toca ir hasta el bar para solicitar algo, porque nunca están pendientes, cobros erróneos, por una margarita con patrón me cobraron 126 mil pesos, un robo. 2) limpieza terrible, piscina con bordes verdes del moho, parece que nunca los limpian, sillas para bronceo y mesas de la zona de piscina negras del mugre y con telarañas, al parecer nunca las lavan. 3) Buffet con poca variedad de comida, nada de sazón, e increíble que en un hotel Colombiano no se encuentre comida Colombiana. 4) precios son elevados para las condiciones del hotel y la atención, una botella de agua 4 dólares? Una margarita con Patrón 40 dólares? Ni en New York. Que decepción, lástima porque tiene buenas instalaciones pero están en un descuido terrible y más con el pésimo servicio que prestan.
