Great hotel… staff great

I have stayed at every Hotel in Goulburn, I will not stay at this ever again, the check in was terrible she was very rude, there were no cars when I checked in at 5.30pm, I actually felt very unsafe, had to leave shower running for ages to get hot water.

Excellent bed and clean facilities. Heating was fast and put a nice warmth throughout.

Nice place convenient for what i needed

Children loved having their own room upstairs with secret cupboards. Only stayed one night but it was clean, was about to have a late checkout and beds were comfortable.

Fantastic value for money and generous space given the 2 level accommodation. The bathroom is large with sides for his and hers. A great space to rest and get some work done during transits. Also, the comfortable leather armchairs are a win.

Decent hotel for an overnight stay. We stayed in a loft style room with the bedroom upstairs. The room had good amenities - kitchen sink, cups, cutlery, fridge, hair dryer, working AC, etc. The complimentary bottled water and cookies were a nice touch. Worth noting the shower over bath as I know this is can be a concern for some travellers. They have electric car charges however 1 was broken and 1 was occupied the whole time so we didnt get to use. Theres a tesla supercharger nearby the hotel. There was a big stain on the floor and only room for 1 person to sit downstairs but they were the only real negatives. It was a nice little stop on our drive from Mel to Syd.

Location and very professional service.

It was clean and easy access. Wouldn’t get the split level option next time though. Was a bit tough for me to walk up and down the steep stairs.
