The air conditioning is not working, and the unit emits a very harsh and unpleasant light. The room is extremely expensive, and breakfast is not included. In addition, the check‑in process was extremely slow.

Great location but best of all great staff who looked after us very well.

The best part about the hotel was the staff, always helpful and sympathetic. The rooms were also very clean and organized, but to me it seems the hotel lacked some details that would’ve made the stay better and more comfortable for the price such as more options of pillows with different heights and sizes, included breakfast and parking, and better maintenance on the hotel gym.

Hotel not bad. But careful they stole my pants and t-shirts from the hotel room. The reception and hotel management did nothing. I hoped for at least an explanation and nothing. They told me that we don’t know what to do... nice answer. Beware the wardrobe!!!!!!!

Regular and satisfactory services. The cooking was excellent. The desk clerk seemed some confuse about the guidance to the hostess.
