Great location Clean rooms

Clean, spacious room, basic but fit for purpose. Nice and helpful reception staff. Few minutes away to the cathedrale.

A lovely stay. Excellent location and friendly staff. Would have been good to be able to book parking in advance. I requested it and all worked out fine but not sure why it couldn't be locked in. Breakfast was delicious.

Amien is surprisingly urbanized and industrial. There are a heavy number of non French groups of men loitering at tourist locations blocking the entrances. Not friendly to tourists or casual travelers especially alone.

The bathroom smell of sewage. Top ring of loo had black marks. Staff didn’t bother giving us more details about the area. Entrance hotel dirty.

Great location.

Only stayed for one night in August. The room has three single beds, no space for anything else. Unload was easy as you can pull in front of the hotel. Overall, it's a good choice for us.

Not the best first impression as the member of staff had two people he knew to the side of the desk who was distracting him as he started to check us in. The room was good and quiet, but a little small.

Lucky to get parking outside entrance. Reception quick and easy. No problem with our dog made very welcome. Ideal position in the centre of the city. Goid breakfast

Easy check in and friendly staff. The rooms are basic, but clean and have everything you need for a well priced stay in the centre of the city.

Good: Great location, short walk to town and decent restaurants. Clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff (even in English !). Well placed to see some of the WW1 battlefields and cemeteries. Adequate breakfast. Good value. Not so good: you have to go to the reception first to get the pass (10€ per night) for the underground garage, the assistant on the intercom at the garage entrance doesn't speak any English. You have to reverse out park, check-in, get your pass then park. The car park has VERY narrow access both in and out. The hotel parking is on the third floor down. I drive a Toyota CH-R and it tested my driving skills ! It requires reversing to set the angle to get round some of the bends.

Hotel fine, parking a bit grim. 3 floors down, no lift, however it was secure…just a bit creepy! Facilities in hotel were good, staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice room, good size
