The location was little far

Great and friendly staff, great breakfast.

Even though it isn’t in the city’s center it is right between two tram stops and easy to get to.

The check-in process was great! The front desk attendant gave us great advice about the train. She heated up the sauna early for us! It was super thoughtful. The beds were super comfy. The shower in the toilet was a terrific use of space. The complimentary breakfast was incredible, options for everyone.

Great place. Good service. Amazing breakfast buffet and all-day candy buffet.

The hotel is not a one for a romantic stay. It is very basic and the advantage of the place is really the location near businesses and the local technical University. This time, I have to be more disappointed than normally. First coming in I saw a piece of a broken bracelet in a visible place on the floor. No points for cleaning. Then I went for a nice jog and returned at 21:30 to the restaurant. My fault, of course, but there was no flexibility to get food at that time. Can't give points for that either. Finally I had major problems switching the TV on but apparently the remote did not work close to the TV but worked only farther away which was a surprise. Points lost there again. The WLAN works very poorly at the hotel. Do not expect to be able to watch any moving pictures through that. Plus side is the location if there are businesses nearby, the low rates, parking, sauna and the sufficient breakfast.

Kind of a trucker hotel but nice staff

This is not a 3 star hotel as indicated, hence the value for the money paid was not there. Rooms are cleaned only on request. Very average experience, though the staff was very nice.

Stay was OK. Wifi very slow (tried several networks). No real complaints. The breakfast was a little disappointing and uninspiring (and no black sausage... should be in Tampere). Yet the only real complaint is the bed. Very, very uncomfortable that left me with an aching back. Possibly one of the most uncomfortable beds I've used. I am glad it was only for two nights. Everything else was OK and nothing I would have complained to the reception about. The breakfast was eatable (an OK, just not a "wow"), car parking good, relatively quiet (after a couple of children got bored running up and down the floor above), good service at the counter. The wifi was so slow I used my mobile, but if I was travelling from overseas maybe it would have been more annoying.

The girl that checked us in was really nice. The room was a little run down. Still a comfortable place and a good price and free parking.

Runsas aamupala, mukava sänky ja rauhallinen ympäristö. Sijainti lähellä ratikkapysäkkiä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Huone oli ihan ok. Pieni jääkaappi ei ollut eväillä tarpeeksi kylmä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamiaisella lämpimät ruuat eivät kovin lämpimiä. Muuten ok. Pysäköintihalli pieni, mut siellä auto oli turvassa lukkojen takana, sisältyen huonehintaan.

Kattava aamiainen, autopaikka järjestyi pihasta. Rauhallinen hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Sympaattinen ja vaatimaton hotelli jossa kaikki tarvittava. Asiakaspalvelu oli hyvää ja ystävällistä ja jo pelkästään sen takia palaamme varmasti kyseiseen hotelliin. Aamupala oli hyvä, riittävä ja konstailematon ja jokainen meistä sai mahan täyteen. Auton sai parkkiin suoraan hotellin eteen. Olimme tyytyväisiä kaikin puolin.
