Great place. Love the room layout.

Great stay! Loved the breakfast and the shuttle service. All the staff was super friendly and welcoming.

The amenities was excellent. Entertainment and restaurants were in walking distance. No need to have a car. Highly recommend.

Very clean room/hotel, pleasant staff

I had a great stay at the Hyatt House in Puerto Rico! The location is perfect, it’s close to everything, and the included shuttle made getting around super easy and convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Breakfast being included was also a big plus, a nice variety to start the day. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Staff was very friendly ! Our chef was accommodating to our dietary needs. Overall good location and hotel was clean. Shuttle to beach was also a good thing.

Great hotel. They were able to store our luggage for us. We could do an excursion until our room became available at 4 PM.

We had a wonderful time. Breakfast was really good. Super close to the Tmobile District (movies, live music, dining). Long Horn and Olive Garden are steps away. I gave it 4 stars, because they gave us the room 20 mins after checking in. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

The front desk guy is amazing. I can’t remember his name. He was super helpful at check in and every day.

No room service. Bad lighting in room. High price for low quality room. Bathroom door gets stuck.

My room smelled very stale and needed some fresh air.

The place is very clean, staff are very nice and welcoming. The breakfast is very good. And location is nice too. They have a shuttle to old san juan. Close to a lot of good restaurants. Highly recommend.

Pay parking, but are excellent, thanks

Very disappointed. We stayed for two days, and the pool was closed the entire time for a private event. Was told that we could use the pool at hotel across the street. Not convenient, especially when paying resort fee on top of hotel charges. Private Party was very loud and right outside my room. I was given a different room, but again, very inconvenient to relocate. Breakfast was a zoo, not enough food and space for the number of guests there. And I was there on a Monday and Tuesday!

We asked for an early check in and didn’t get one (which is fine). We booked 2 rooms and they were not ready for almost 3 hours AFTER normal check in time. Not fun when you’ve been traveling with kids for 12+ hrs. I asked for partial refund and didn’t get..
