1. Our room door lock bolt was broken - door had multiple holes for the latch- indicating that somebody had tried to fix it before. After a couple of tries, the latch broke. 2. The hotel does not offer complimentary snacks with drinks. 3. Ordered a tea pot and English breakfast teabags since the teabags were missing in the collection period. I usually drink in which breakfast tea in the morning and even though I requested teapot and teabag to be delivered around 11 PM, the night before they were not. 4. Rooms felt smaller ! Good parts: Great gum and great location next to shopping center.

It was wonderful! Room was beautiful and clean, very convenient location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was wonderful too.

All the times I have visited Joburg, place to stay. So conveniently located. Great shopping, dining and partying options all within walking distance. The hotel has amazing amenities

The staff was amazing, house keeping clean our room three times a day. The have a mall right by the hotel and a lot of restaurants

It is in a very safe and convenient location. A major shopping center is right next door. The staff are incredible and the facilities are good and well maintained. Meals are great too and they have a nice lounge and bar near the pool side that gets quite busy

Overall: Excellent property with good breakfast and shopping access.

Hotel is amazing and has finest interior design. It is super clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It is connected to Sandton City via Skywalk and very convenient and easy to access the shops.

First time staying at the hotel (although have been to the bar and restaurant many times before), and definitely the most convenient location in Sandton. The renovations have been fantastic, and have really modernized the hotel. The breakfast spread is amazing, and generally it is everything one expects from a hotel of this nature.
