I didn't like Noisy not comfortable not clean

Clean room, good breakfast, check in and checkout was east.

My wife and I are bicycling on the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail. When we arrived at the Super 8 after a long day's ride, our host offered us a glass of lemonade; very refreshing and very thoughtful. The grounds are well kept with a nice garden and a pool. While we didn't use the pool it appeared well looked after. Our room was very clean and well appointed. There was a unit nearby with a washer and dryer which we used. The (included) breakfast was well presented and maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. We wish the owner and his family well. We picked this motel because of its location on our bike route and it exceeded our expectations.

The staff was non co-operative. The room was not clean. The washroom door was not locking properly. The kitchen cabinet knob was broken.

We thought the breakfast was terrific!! Way more selections than you normally find in a motel. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal mix, bread, muffins, english muffins, etc. No orange or apple juice but lemonade plus another citrus drink. Checkin and out was easy. They were in the process of getting the pool ready for the summer. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Only thing we didn't like was the thin one ply toilet paper!! But we would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others. So close to Fort Henry and downtown Kingston!

The room was clean, but the toilet leaked slightly. Flushing caused water to seep out around the toilet. Breakfast was simple, but included the basics. The staff were very friendly and provided helpful and thorough instructions. The parking lot was large enough for three cars parked near the room.

I think more kitchen utensils, dishes, glass and cups would be great. There was only 1 glass and no cups other than the cardboard ones with the coffee maker.

Good breakfast. Friendly staff seemed to be a lot of blue collar workers staying and leaving at 6am so be ready for noise. Sound proofing sucks and diesel trucks outside your door running for long periods. Not much sleep but comfort and sufficient

This property was budget friendly and easy to get to. There is nothing around it for restaurants without a drive. The paint was cracking on the walls and property could use an upgrade. Continental breakfast was good - toast, english muffins, yogurt, eggs (hardboiled but frozen) and waffles. The drink machine froze up and wasn't always working. The ice machine was in another room that we found (not told about), only because we saw it. The rooms with two beds could use an additional chair, so you aren't having to eat on the bed with white comforters. I chose this hotel because of the price. It has free parking and free breakfast unlike some of the other hotel/motels in the area. The breakfast area was at the front of the property, we had to walk outside across the parking lot. The parking lot was not salted or sanded, so we had to walk carefully.

It's a nice motel. The room was clean and had all the amenities. I'd stay here again for sure.
