"Comfortable and Clean Hotel in the City Center" I just stayed at Hotel BB Sapa for 3 days and 2 nights and I am very satisfied with my experience. This hotel is located in the city center, making it very easy to access tourist attractions and other facilities. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. I was also very pleased with the friendly and helpful hotel staff. Special thanks to Mr. Jayce, who was very excellent, sincere, prompt, and always assisted me with our activities in Sapa. The breakfast at the hotel was also very delicious and varied, with many menu options and reasonable prices. I highly recommend Hotel BB Sapa to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean hotel in the city center.

Near the hotel center, good service

The location is very strategic, very easy to reach all tourist areas especially with Sapa Station. Spacious rooms and complete amenities. However, it is not balanced with guest service. The staff is not very friendly and always says "wait a minute, I'm still busy". Breakfast has quite a lot of choices but all the food is cold. When checking out we had a little problem. The staff said we could not check out because there was still a payment for 1 night that had not been paid in full. While we booked 2 nights and had paid in full on Traveloka. When checking in, the payment had been confirmed in full. We almost missed the bus to Hanoi because we were not asked to wait for confirmation whether we had paid or not. From all that, this hotel can be recommended for people who don't like to walk far or who bring their parents

I like it, good service. Complete facilities. Clean most importantly.

Mọi thứ đều ổn, vị trí khách sạn ở trung tâm, phòng rộng và sạch đẹp, bữa sáng phong phú. Điểm trừ duy nhất là Lễ tân checkin hôm đấy là 1 bạn con trai tự xưng Anh với khách , ăn nói cộc lốc. VD khi tôi hỏi “ks có bể bơi không b?” Trả lời 1 từ gọn lỏn : Không. Thái độ kênh kiệu, trịnh thượng, bất lịch sự khi giao tiếp, đặc biệt khi Mẹ tôi hỏi vài thông tin thì quay mặt đi không thèm trả lời. khách sạn cần đào tạo lại thái độ nhân viên.

In the heart of the city, convenient transportation, near the source of food

Booking through the app is very good. When I ordered it, the price was a bit more expensive, but I thought it was because of the 2/9 holiday, so it was ok. When I arrived, the hotel informed me that the app was ready for a main meal (besides the breakfast buffet) so it was so much fun. The hotel is good, right in the center so it's very convenient. There was an unexpected incident with the hotel but I'm an easygoing person so it's ok :) Overall everything was great. Hope to return to Sapa in the near future

I have some comments: - The living area on the 4th floor at night: children and adults are very noisy (reported to the hotel reception) - View overlooking the messy construction area (compare with other other hotels with the same price)

The hotel is clean and nice, near the center, enthusiastic and cheerful receptionist. Except for the breakfast buffet, not many dishes
