The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breaksta buffet was excellent.

Staff extremely courteous, excellent breakfast, strong ac, spacious, and very clean. Not giving 5 stars because we didn’t have smart tv and bed could have been a little more comfortable. Also no hotel laundry service, iron or ironing board.

Noisy construction next door.

Amazing, two properties pool on a roof top on both of them, with bar at the pool, you can drink while sitting inside the pool, and the value is added to the room number. One of the properties had access straight to the beach. Parking was easy and secure, being inside the facility

This hotel is very good! Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel!

This is a 2* property at best no VIP benefits as you claim. You even have to pay to get a towel at the pool for a sun lounger. Rooms are shockingly poor there is no view simply a brick wall. The staff try their best but the owners are simply profiteering with little regard to service. Pool is good to sunbathe but no lifeguard and I never seen it get cleaned. Overall disgrace.

Great stay. Hotel is in a touristy area close to main spots. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only minor complain is about the AC: the room was really large and the AC couldnt handle it. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was good and excellent. I was not able to use my US clippers at the electrical outlets because of the power difference. However, everything else was great

They need to improve on the Wi-Fi They also need a better bed asap Also about the air conditioner too many issues with that especially too many sensors that keeps turning off all the time

It’s a gem in Ponta Negra Beach. I just loved staying here. My ocean front room had a little balcony that every morning I could just sit and look out to the ocean. Watch the sunset was just amazing! You have a buffet breakfast every morning. The staff is friendly and amazing. The facility is super clean and COVID 19 safe as well with all the alcohol gel stations throughout the hotel, mask is required while in the property. They have a beautiful pool area on the property that is ocean front and a huge rooftop pool on the other property across the street. I recomend this property in Natal. Just beautiful!!!
