Hotel charged me twice. Room was super tiney ane hot. The general experience is to stay here if you have no other choice

Didn't like the language barrier, there is no staff who speaks english making it really difficult to communicate for non portuguese speakers.

Great service, reception spoke English and the general mangager was a true gent with very good English. Ill be staying here again when i next visit.

The hotel is well located, easy access from the highway and towards shopping mall and city center. Accommodation is clean and comfortable, despite of an extremely tiny bathroom. Breakfast is ok, not extraordinary and, due to COVID, got lots of restrictions and availability of food products. Personal is very friendly and helpful.

Good bedroom but the bathroom is too small. You need to go inside the shower to close the door...!!! All other points are OK. The place, the service, the breakfast, WiFi connection, the price... I will make it my hotel in Baurú from now on.
