Run out of Deluxe Room then they split up a room for family into 2 rooms by locking a door between the rooms. Therefore, that room was not totally soundproof. We even heard the sound from the other room like they was trying to open that door. That’s was a bit scary at night.

Employees need more training, the quality of service is not up to the 4-star standard

Value for money. Clean room and convenient location. A little bit small swimming pool.

Hotel clean. Spacious rooms. Every once in a lifetime thanks to a familiar acquaintance but never been in the room against the price. Have breakfast okay! Generally next time still choose this place.

The hotel is quite good on everything, good buffet, good service, friendly staff, light, clean pool except the only one was the tight elevator but appreciated as the elevator was fast, not long wait

Only the most views are overlooking the bay, clean quiet. The minus point is check in for a long while, the gym, swimming pool just so called 4 stars.

The hotel is beautiful. The room is good but the service of reception was not helpful and not impressive. The four star hotel the reception should good in english better than this and know more information to give an advice to tourist. Some is good but some not. The breakfast was variety but the food was so cold, they not heat even still a lot of customers in the morning.
