Ok let's start off with the Pros. The room was very nice. The employees were business nice. Which mean they were nice while conducting business. They weren't friendly socially.
Ok now with the Cons. When I arrived I asked if anybody speaks English and the one lady gave me a disgust look on her face. She asked the manager and he did the same face. What kind of customer service is this? After I showed them my reservation they were business friendly. The pool didn't look clean. It was cloudy and they need a skimmer. There was debris floating on top of the water. The breakfast consisted of sliced hot dogs in tomato sauce. It was good and well seasoned but everyday this was part of your choice. Along with scrambled eggs, purple sweet potatoes, slice ham and cheese, and fruit. The orange juice was good. They had cake that was ok. The church bell rings regularly at 6pm sometimes earlier. Don't plan to nap at this time. Church bell is really loud. As far as the gym, don't bother. The room key deactivates even other day. Every time you enter the hotel, make sure your room key is active. If I knew a head of time that the amenities were below par, I would of got a hotel without a pool and breakfast for cheaper.
