Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any request and making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself was spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness maintained in both the rooms and common areas. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its convenient location. It offers easy access to a wide variety of restaurants and dining options, which made exploring the local food scene effortless and enjoyable.

Highly recommend! Great location on the Piazza Erbe, really kind staff, and beautiful terrace for breakfasts or apperativos. There is flight of semi-spiral stairs to get up to the reception desk (where there is an elevator to access the rest of the floors), so if carrying luggage up and down a flight of stairs, which might limit accessibility for some.

Staff assistance by everyone, including desk clerks and young man provided excellent help. Close to things we wanted to see. Given information about taxis and services and where to find things. Room rather small.

The hotel is centrally located so surrounded by beautiful buildings, restaurants, shops & market. The staff were friendly & helpful, especially reception. Breakfast could be taken outside on the terrace & there was a great selection to choose. Would stay here again. Great value for location.

The property was in a prime location, steps from Piazza Erbe. The staff was increasingly, friendly and eager to help. Felt warm and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Loved the balcony overlooking the Piazza. Nothing negative to say, incredible hotel, beautiful location can’t wait to visit again!
