Tuvimos un incidente nuestro aire acondicionado no servía, lo bueno que nos mandaron un ventilador, cuando hicimos check in nos mencionaron que teníamos desayuno buffet pero en el desayuno nos dijeron que no únicamente nos ofrecían para preparar huevitos, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien. Gracias

The air conditioner was not functioning in the room we stayed for the night. Luckily we were there for only one night. Moreover, everything was great and breakfast was delicious.

We were given a room with no air conditioning. I asked the front desk about it and they offered a fan to which I said no because it was very hot in the room (88 fahrenheit at that moment). They obliged and gave me a different room which was nice but I felt like a bother. Room was pretty clean and comfortable, other than uneven pillows, but hallways were dirty and the free breakfast included with the stay includes bread, fruit and yoghurt, and juice, while there is a buffet table set up for an additional cost of around 159 pesos per person. Just be aware, the free breakfast is not great.

the person at front desk toll me they were sold out, i look online and it show 4 bedrooms available, after i came back in to check in he just told me there was probably one cancelation or 4 at the same time which didnt make sense. restrooms were dirty , really dirty. Shower doors were rusted . floors were super dirty in restrooms i will not recommend or come back

The only thing that probably can change is the breakfast. They should consider have more variety specifically for someone who spend more than a week.

The only thing I will suggest is that they should have more variety on the free breakfast.

It is a nice convenient hotel close to a lot of things took us about 20min to get to the plaza. Overall good comfortable stay the only bad thing I would say is that the keys to the doors never work. I went to reception 5 times which was so annoying. Front reception workers were nice except for one man who seem bothered that I kept asking the to program my key but how is that my fault.

Me he quedado en otros hoteles de la misma cadena y nunca había tenido una queja, pero esta vez, sí. Se supone que la reservación tiene desayuno incluido, pero su desayuno "incluido" dejaba mucho que desear, para tener un "desayuno" más o menos, había que pagar $110.00 extra para un "buffet" de como 4 cosas. El piso de la habitación, extremadamente sucio tan es así que si andabas descalzo, terminabas con los pies negros. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no tenía una ventana que abriera, por lo que se encerraba el calor.
