Premium hotel with very friendly staff

We had an enjoyable stay at Gran Melia Xi'an. Our room was clean , spacious and have great amenities. All the staff especially the staff at the Red Level club lounge were helpful , friendly and spare no effort to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Xi'an

Our stay at the Gran Melia Xi'an was nothing short of perfection and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel staff is truly outstanding. At every turn, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and immensely helpful. We were always greeted with a smile, and they were prepared to accommodate every request, which elevated our entire vacation experience. Our room (a suite) was perfect – elegantly appointed, spacious, impeccably clean, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would like to give a special mention to the hotel's Lounge. The food and beverage offerings were excellent, but what was particularly impressive was the staff in the lounge. They were so attentive, friendly, and discreet, making us feel truly valued. They are the true gem of this hotel. I highly recommend the Gran Melia to anyone seeking an authentic and luxurious experience in Xi'an. You will feel that your choice was the right one for the quality of service and comfort. We will definitely be returning.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff are all very considerate and helpful. I have to express special gratitude to the Concierge, Robin, who was incredibly helpful in getting us reservations at local sites. There is also a wonderful park across the street that is great for relaxing strolls around the lake and with statues of Chinese poets.

This hotel is impeccably clean. I was there for a conference and did not visit the pool, but the rooms and common areas were upscale and spotless. The service was outstanding. I would stay for a leisure trip if given the opportunity. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety with good quality. The tables in the dining area were kept clean, even during busy times.

The hotel located in Qu-Jiang District in South of Xian, which is close to few popular tourist destinations. The hotel has great room and facilities including indoor pool and gym. I got upgraded to the executive level and received VIP treatment. The executive floor was led by Berry Yang and her team, they provided impeccable services throughout my stay and truly my holidays even more enjoyable. I highly recommended Gran Melia when visiting Xi'an, it is great city to visit, the place is full of culture, history and great food! I had a great time in Xi'an and Gran Melia Hotel! 👍👍👍
