The tub was perfect I was very happy with it and the main reason I booked this hotel. I was a little disappointed with the floor I was on, 8. I had mentioned this when I checked in but didn’t push it further. Maybe if you’re keen on a better view you could contact the hotel first or put in a request beforehand for a higher level. Other than that the staff was amazing, quite friendly and the room was always tidied up when I left for the afternoon. They also had laundry service but if you want to use that service you need to call it in before 10 am. There is also a washer/dryer in the room. I didn’t realize that until the night before I left. But great overall for the price and area.

The hotel was recently renovated, very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was spacious, over 1200 square feet in a top full floor, and has good views of the harbor, and city. The price was excellent for the value provided. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would rate my experience five stars.

Great area to stay, the staff were fabulous and the place super comfortable.

Staff were incredibly friendly from start to finish and were always there to offer a helping hand when we were struggling with bags/pushchairs. We felt very welcome for our entire stay and would definitely come back here again.

Clean modern flat in convenient location only 12 mins walk to Central and 15-20mns walk to Star Ferry. Good selection of restaurants around, nexdoor supermarket. Allergy free premises, AC and ventilation working well, excellent service with friendly staff always ready to help.

Good stay with excellent restaurants surrounding the area. A minor gripe about some stained linens but they were swift to change it.

The roms are huge and nice to have kitchen/dining. The room was very clean and great views.

Quiet and comfortable. Some of the items in the room seemed a bit dated or older (scuffs here and there or doors that closed a bit crooked on cabinets, this might just be more of a common thing in Asia versus the US) but the hotel was clean and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cozy and spacious with TB having netflix and youtube. Cooking and dining with the city view is such a vibe.

Pros: Newer hotel. Large Service Apartment with good amenities (washer/dryer, kitchen ware, etc). Very good black out blinds in most of the apartment. Single apartment per floor. Cons: While large, not quite sure it is 1300 sqft net as advertised. The blinds (closer to the restroom) in the bathroom are not blackout. This is mentioned due to the position of the bed (facing the bathroom), the sunlight comes through very strongly in the morning.

I was super excited to stay in The Putman, but unfortunately it disappointed me. I booked the o full floor suite for 3nights. However, at like 4pm on the check in day, I was informed the air conditioning was out of function, the staff claimed they sent a message for me a day prior the stay, but actually I didn’t. They was unable to provide me the room, and they offered me to stay in another hotel under their group, The Jervois, a two bedroom suite, or free cancellation. I actually had no choice but to accept to stay in The Jervois since I didn’t have sufficient time to choice another place for 3 night stay while I was on the way to check in!!! The Putman’s room has a bathtub but The Jervois hasn’t. And this was one of the reason I chose The Putman but not The Jervois when I booked. Otherwise, the Jervois was fine, excellent in cleanliness.
