Recommended hotels to stay in Surabaya City

yesterday I got a corner room, I forgot the number, I remember it was 16 but I forgot the floor I forgot the room was cramped Sometimes it smells like it hasn't been used for a long time The mattress is noisy too Also, if you stay there, the deluxe fine² type is fine. Yesterday I upgraded to a suite with an additional zone. sedihhhh

Please replace the baby chair with a safe one. It's better to use a plastic baby chair that is safe for babies, not a wooden baby chair. It doesn't have a backrest or a footrest, so my child is fussy and the seat is uncomfortable, so I can't enjoy breakfast. The baby chair is dangerous.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is strategically located, right off the main road. On Sundays, you can order CFDs in Bungkul. Yesterday's meal didn't include breakfast, but the food order process wasn't long. It's a really cozy place for a staycation or a deep chat with friends or your partner. Perfect✨🥰

The mattresses and pillows were improved to be more comfortable and the hotel towels were replaced with new ones to make them look cleaner, the food menu was made more varied including the cakes.

Clean hotel, and comfortable service

1 week staying at Quest, the rooms given were never good and all had problems starting from the AC not being cold in room 526, moving to 502, the same thing, then I moved again with an upgrade to a higher room, directed to room 612, the bathroom was flooded, then given an upgrade to room 1116, the AC under the bed was leaking and dripping water.

The restaurant service is satisfactory and the food menu is delicious.

The staff are all friendly, the rooms are clean, and the hotel area is also clean. I got a room on the top floor with a great view too. This is my second time staying here, and I've never been disappointed 🥰
