Nice and comfortable, food location for quiet time after night life

One if the greatest hotels is Ayia Napa

Really nice staff. Friendly and helpful. Lovely big bed, nice balcony. Pillows weren’t great. But an area that was far enough away from the strip that it was quiet. Very good value for money

I liked that my room was very clean. I didn’t like that there was only two pillows on bed. Staff was very friendly. Great property to stay at!!

I have stayed a few times ar this hotel it is perfect for a short stay, it is very clean , all working air con , comfy beds, decent bathrooms, clean pool lovely staff, nice couple of local tavernas for fab food, easy walk to the square and not that far to the front strip where you can get a bus to where you want or cut through the square to the 'love napa' statue where the central bus exchange is.

My stay at the A. Maos was fantastic. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised, as value accommodation usually has some concerns. The hotel has everything you could possible need, it’s a family run business and the staff all want to make your stay pleasant. Location was ideal, walking distance to the night life but far enough away to avoid the all night noise. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The bar is open all hours and the food is delicious. Thank you for the great hospitality and a fantastic holiday.

I will not recommend this property to anyone and I am very serious as the feedback involves safety and security. I was threatened by the receptionist Mr Hammad who also used obscene language with me and family. Reviewers may wonder what led him to do so and I also wonder and the only reason I could only think of is that he is either racist or a drug addict. The incident required that I contact the police. I will never return to this hotel. As a female with a child, I checked out immediately after the incident. This is in addition to other factors that involve cleanliness and noise.

Extremely clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy to get to with shuttle airport bus and a 5 minute walk. Close to 2 great Greek restaurants. Comfortable room and wonderful pool.

I was surprised how spacious and clean the room is. The hotel is old from outside but the rooms are refurbished. The staff are friendly and very helpful

The Hotel - Apartament was clean and tidy, Looks very Nice inside, could be better, but that hotel and stars, Its look like more stars for that Hotel Apartament! Just 10-15 min to all the bars and pubs, close to the beach as well, I recommend that Hotel Apartment! Thank you! And see you soon

I had an amazing stay at A. Maos Hotel! The hotel is perfectly located: right at the top of the main street, a couple of minutes of walk from all the bars and clubs, but still isolated from the bar street noise and good for sleeping. The room was clean, well equipped and the wi-fi connection was great. Cleaning and changing of linen and towels were provided regularly too. The staff is very helpful and welcoming! I will definitely come back!

Nice, clean modest condo hotel. Clean, but not lavish. Staff friendly, good WiFi and a nice pool. Breakfast was OK. Air conditioning was not charged extra, unlike previous reviewer’s comment. For the price, a decent place to stay.

Overall stay was good, no issues. Room was clean, it was a bit noisy late at night as some guests were not very considerate and there was loads of door banging but then again this is Ayia Napa..you don’t really get sensible guests..

Loved it Received a room upgrade - ocean view from virtually new studio with all necessary amenities. Staff super helpful, particularly Andri and Alexia. Great value, good location, and pool well angled for all day sun.
