Staff were very friendly but I asked a few times for a Palm tree branch to be trimmed back as it was scratching on the roof and making a really loud noise inside the cabin. Even after multiple complaints nothing was done about it (2 minute job to trim), which woke us up multiple times during both nights of our stay.

Updating the beds, if you have two people in them you roll into the middle. In the bathroom please add some storage cupboards or vanity so you can hold your make up, toothbrush & accessories Add a games room with something for kids to do after dark.

The room was a great size, comfortable beds and very clean. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. The waterpark and pools were amazing.
