This stay was amazing. The owner, Regina, and her staff is very kind and helpful, the property is very clean and comfortable, breakfast is sorted with many items and fresh bread and fruits, and there’s many cozy lounges to relax, read, or meet new friends. Regina herself is always present checking if we need anything. The staff is always ready to advise on places to visit, or the best restaurants in town. We highly recommend this place. You’ll be surprised.

This was our 3rd stay for multiple days at Pousada. I have stayed at several places in Petropolis and Itaipava but when in the Petropolis / Itaipava area this is now my home away from home. The staff is fantastic, the rooms and grounds are immaculate and the breakfast is wonderful. Historic place and a great value for the cost.

Wonderful place and staff! I flew in from Tampa via Miami. Was tired after getting the carm with Localiza as usual and getting there. My partner Monica checked in the day before and met me at the airport. I was greeted on arriaval but most impressive, the following morning as I sat outside I was greeted again -m they knew my name and said Mr William, hope you slept well, coffee and breakfast is ready for you and Monica in the pavilion

This was a really wonderful property. Truly special and it’s a shame we were only there for one night. We were the only people staying on the entire premises the night we spent there which provided a unique experience, especially when it came time for breakfast. The staff/owners were all very kind and helpful. No complaints at all and would stay again.

Excelente pousada. Local lindo e agradável.Quarto confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Funcionários atenciosos. Internet boa. Estacionamento grátis. Localizada a 3km do centro histórico. Tem uma cozinha coletiva muito bem equipada. Único detalhe é o barulho da rua à noite. Porém, no chalé em que ficamos, o barulho era mascarado pelo condicionador de ar. Recomendo e ficaria de novo.

Worst hotel experience in my life. Had a reservation for one night as I was getting married in Petropolis and wanted to get ready at this Hotel. Reservation and payment done with over 3 months in advance and for my surprise, when I arrive at the hotel to checkin, that was no room available. After over half hour of discussion from the parking lot (No, they did not allow me into the hotel to solve my problem) they called the manager and 1 hour later I was brought to a "house", in downtown, without any parking for my car. I was given a room that was small than the bathroom that I had payed for. At no time the manager or the hotel owner tried to make up for the missunderstanding and as I did not feel safe at the house and that was no parking for my car I ended up sleeping elsewhere. I was only able to get into my room at noon on the day of my wedding (after almost begging for a room as the manager did not want to move me back to the hotel). My conclusion is that mistakes happens, but at no time the manager or the owner have tried to make up for their huge mistake. And guess what... No refunds issued to me! Going to sue these people.

A estadia na Pousada Vila Brasil foi excelente. O quarto é muito confortável, extremamente limpo e bem cuidado, oferecendo uma sensação imediata de tranquilidade. A equipe é atenciosa, prestativa e disponível. O ambiente é silencioso, calmo e acolhedor, ideal para quem busca descanso e paz. O casarão histórico é belíssimo e preservado, com uma arquitetura que remete ao período do Império, proporcionando uma experiência única e envolvente, quase como uma imersão na época da monarquia. Recomendo fortemente para quem deseja conforto, tranquilidade e uma estadia com charme histórico em Petrópolis.

Excepcional! Recepção perfeita, localização e estrutura excepcional, quarto aconchegante, chuveiro ótimo e noite muito bem dormida. Despertar ao som dos passaros da mata atlântica.

Ficamos na suíte standard e tivemos uma ótima experiência. O quarto estava super limpo, aconchegante e com tudo o que precisávamos, com cama confortável e um ótimo chuveiro. A equipe foi muito solícita e atenciosa, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos em casa. A pousada é rodeada por natureza, com jardinagem e decoração belíssimas. O café da manhã estilo colonial estava delicioso, com sucos, bolos e doces variados. A área da piscina é simples, mas muito agradável para relaxar, tomar sol, ler um livro e ouvir o canto dos pássaros. Visitamos na primavera e acreditamos que esse espaço seja ainda mais aproveitado em dias quentes e ensolarados. Certamente voltaremos para passar mais tempo.
