Wow, what a place. Lovely layout of the suites, both inside and out.

Very friendly staff, pets stay for free. They gave us an upgrade on the room, very nice view. Close to the wineries, and restaurants.

It was so bad. We cut our vacation short and left. The people adjaicent to the hotel. Were burning big piles of trash and the smog was all over our rooms. We were not able to beath. The hotel management refuse to refund our money for the day not used. They also did not offered a different room . Bad service. The coffe pot in the room did not work. The refrigerador was locked with a chain. The air conditioning had only one temperature. We will never go back or recommend this place.

This place was peaceful and had plenty of room to walk. The restaurant was super good. The spa staff was friendly and the grounds was great.

We have mixed feelings about our stay at Hotel Boutique. We love Valle and visit 4-5 times a year, this was out first stay at Hotel Boutique. The pros: breakfast, lunch and dinner available onsite. Two of the restaurants offer dinner and if you have the chance to attend, definitely book the Valle Omakase here with Chef Quindere, sushi will never be the same! The restaurant staff was super accommodating, attentive and the food was delicious. Our cons: We booked two rooms, one classic cabin for my sister and a deluxe studio with terrace for us. We visited the classic cabin which was less expensive than our stay and were immediately made aware that our upgrade was NOT an upgrade. Our "deluxe" studio was an older room with no updates, faucet in restroom was falling apart, the fan/light above our bed did not work, the terrace was dirty we didn't even sit outdoor or use the firepit, the floors were dirty and under the bed we found trash, we had two bath towels and no other towels available for face/hands, there was a split in our door that should be repaired. DO NOT STAY in ROOM 26! My sisters' room which was far less expensive had an amazing walk-in shower with built in bench, a fire place in her room and updated features and artwork although no outdoor space. Had we known we were paying more for less we would have book a simple room. Truly bait and switch, do not fall for it. I really hope this helps you!

I absolutely love coming here. The service and food are one of the best I’ve had in Valle. Even when I don’t stay here, I come by for the food. I highly recommend and will continue coming back time and time again.

In a stay of 3 nights We didn't get hot water for 2 days. Nobody came to fix the problem and nobody even called to inform that maintenance guy won't show up. So called and waited and waited. Food is good but they had a shortage of employee, that means, terrible service at restaurant too. Shortage of patio heaters too, so we were freezing Fire pit outside the room didn't work either. I like to wipe the bathtub before we get in, so..the wipe came out so dirty. Gross. There is like a pond or kind of, that looks very ugly and sad. It needs more maintenance for sure
