The restaurant was out of service/closed and there was no where close by to pick up needed items like bottled water, or something to eat for breakfast. Also no coffee on site which was a real bummer. Nice staff and nice quiet hotel though. Would stay there again

The wifi never work And we have to wait 40 min to get hot water in the shower

Everything was very nice with the room except the bed was extremely hard.

I found it inconvenient because you need to take a taxi to get to the historic center. Rooms are ok and clean--but beds are not that comfortable.

This place is lovely but it is hard to find! Don't distrust google maps or your gps...it is on that narrow bumpy rocky dirt road. We arrived after dark in a driving rainstorm, after blundering around town for almost an hour. The staff were very nice, ushering us around with umbrellas. The room was spacious, pretty, and comfortable. The next day was sunny and I looked around the grounds -- very pretty. We were sorry we couldn't spend another night.

Muy bonito lugar, buen servicio, estas 15 min del centro caminando.

Se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones, quisimos usar la alberca y no se puede por que esta en remodelacion

La habitación limpia y amplia. Sólo pasamos el día de reyes, pero estuvo bien para una noche.
