The hotel's location is okay. However, it's hot everywhere, not just in Da Lat, during this season. The hotel should add more air conditioning. The food is decent, nothing outstanding. Despite being a vegetable-rich area, there were quite few vegetables in the breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful (A. Thu added more fans, Trang showed me a place to eat beef noodle soup, and Nha Tran showed me a place to get my nails done). See you next year.

h booked a room for 2 people on the occasion of Hung King's death anniversary When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised to be given 2 buffet tickets for the Central Highlands gong cultural exchange dinner. If the hotel had air conditioning, it would be better, because it is quite hot during the day

Phòng Deluxe Lake View view hướng thẳng ra chợ và thấy hồ Xuân Hương, view đẹp, sáng sủa như hình quảng cáo. Phòng khá ổn, một điểm trừ là không có bàn ủi cho khách tự ủi mà chỉ có dịch vụ giặt ủi của khách sạn :( Nên bạn nào sắp tới định mang áo dài, đồ đẹp đi chụp hình nhớ mang theo bàn ủi mini nhé nếu không có nhu cầu dùng dịch vụ ks. Nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện

No-one welcome you even you had kid with very heavy luggage. The floor was dirty even after requested cleaning. Not recommend to stay if you have kid. The food and drink are not delicious. Position of hotel is good as at center. And, the security staff are nice and helpful.

Phòng tạm ổn, gần chợ, nhân viên vui vẻ nhiệt tình, phòng cách âm kém nhưng được cái sạch sẽ, giường có bánh xe không đứng im, nói chung tạm ổn

The room is also okay, near the market. The bed has wheels it keeps running back and forth, the normal room has nothing special, the soundproofing is not very good

Mọi thứ rất ok, tuy nhiên mình góp ý thêm là lễ tân đúng giờ mới cho nhận phòng nhưng thời gian vật vã chờ ở sảnh lễ tân mà khách sạn không có mời được ly nước uống, phần này là điểm trừ vì khách sạn 4 sao mà tệ hơn so với khách sạn 3 sao khác cùng địa bàn.

Hotel right in the city center, extremely convenient location, very near the Da Lat night market. The hotel was built long so the room is a bit old, but fully equipped. Breakfast a lot, but may not suit your family's taste.
