Perfectly situated in Lyon's city centre. Very clean rooms, well equipped. Staff very friendly and breakfast with a vast of delicious treats to offer.

Enjoyed my stay. I took advantage 24 hour access to snacks and coffee bar. It was really nice to grab a mug of hot chocolate with marshmallows after an evening of strolling the streets of Lyon. We also took advantage of the free happy hour snacks a few times before heading out to one of the many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. I booked a room with a view of the river and loved the fact that the windows opened so I could enjoy the sounds of the city in the morning while sipping on an espresso. The only complaint was that the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor forcing you to use your towel to mop it up. Because of this I had to get clean towels everyday which isn’t very environmentally friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance to transportation and sites. I traveled with my teenage daughter but feel this hotel is well suited for families with younger children too. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a space modern room with a great river view, modern and bright. No wardrobe though was a bit unusual and inconvenient. The gym is almost non-existent and not pleasant. The club with snacks and coffee and selection of leaf teas was a great assets during NYE holidays when everything was closed for holidays.

Staff at reception was kind and attentive. The room had a foul smell from the bathroom pipes which is something that needs fixing. The breakfast could be improved a a bit with more options plus I noticed that some cakes were dry.

Small rooms, badly designed bathrooms. AC not work

Great stay with great staff. The only thing that did not work for us was the bathroom. It was very small and a little bit challenging to manage.

The hotel has some wonderful qualities. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. I also really enjoyed the view overlooking the old city, which made the stay feel special. The property overall was quiet and relaxing, and the public areas were inviting and well-maintained. That said, there were some drawbacks. The room itself was very small, and the bathroom design offered little privacy, with the added issue of water leaking from the shower. The AC system wasn’t functioning properly—despite being only 10°C outside, the room stayed uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the gym was extremely limited, with just three cardio machines available. Overall, while I appreciated the staff, service, and atmosphere, some improvements to the rooms and amenities would make the experience much more comfortable.
