No where to park and bag drop off difficult Restaurant and Bar are closed on Sundays but we were NOT told this ahead of our stay. Very disappointing!!!

Exceeded expectations! Fabulously curated boutique hotel with rooms that feel like a studio apt. Front desk and restaurant staff are fantastic. Wonderful home away from home. Shower heads were great & heated bathroom floor and towel rack a nice touch.

Ruined by a mix up with our booking - they had us down for 3 nights when my confirmation was for 2 nights - management refused to refund the extra night as we were outside the cancellation window...

Perfect location for trains, huge rooms, nice toiletries. Limited tea /coffee in room with powdered milk. Breakfast was Euro24!

Stayed in one of the 5th floor loft rooms. Light and spacious, quiet, clean and pitch black with the shutters down. Perfect for relaxing and sleeping.

I loved staying in this charming hotel, literally a minute’s walk from the Hbf. The front desk folks are friendly and welcoming, the property impeccable, my room (a single on the top floor) a delight. I didn’t have breakfast, but I’m sure it would match the standards of the hotel in general. Not expensive and the convenient location makes it an obvious choice for a traveller arriving by train. Highly recommended!

Nothing

They gave me a super tiny attic room with, a single bed, the ceiling was very close to the bed. Felt super uncomfortable. Nothing looks the same as the pictures that I booked for hotels.com. I asked to change a room, but the staff from reception said there was no room available until I found the last one online. The new room was good, very big but the heating was not working. They said nothing they could do because they had to call someone to check on Monday. I was there for a comfy holiday, it kind of killed my mood. I didn't take any pictures of the tiny room because it made me so uncomfortable when I got in, it looked so small and dark.

Super stylish hotel, room was comfortable and really quiet (even in a room next to the elevator), and the service was relaxed but efficient. Breakfast was delicious and both indoor/outdoor seating areas are comfortable. Definitely recommend and hope to return!!!

Very nice boutique hotel with a very cool art-deco styling (although quite dark!). Conveniently located next to Mannheim main station and to main attractions downtown. Next time I'm there, I would stay again!
