Lugar bonito, buena relación precio y muy cerca de acuario y centro histórico lo que lo hace muy buena opción para hospedarse.

Pasamos varios dias en este hotel tomamos 2 habitaciones en general el hotel muy limpio y el personal de la administracion y limpieza muy atento, en el restaurant te dan un cafe y pan de cortesia. hay la opcion del buffet con costo, bueno no con muchas opciones, hay estacionamiento y valet parking muy atento quien rapidamente trae el vehiculo. en general nos gusto el hotel. bien ubicado.

We loved our stay very cozy and welcoming pool was clean. We loved it is in the Malecon close to everything we needed.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were always very helpful and polite However the room itself came up short. The air conditioning was extremely noisy which made it difficult to sleep. The room also smelled moldy I tried opening the screen door to let air circulate but it didn’t really help. The last night I was there I could get no hot water from the shower which was annoying. But my biggest complaint was that the WiFi was very unreliable. It was impossible to stream entertainment as the signal kept cutting off. I would not return to this hotel

Jorge Ayuso the porter is absolutely great!!! He goes out of his way to make sure your stay is nothing but the best. Great asset to the lodging.

Rooms are neat and clean. Restaurant right downstairs. Decent selection of food on the buffet. They have a pool. Close to many things: malecon, aquarium, restaurants, shops.... Friendly and helpful staff!

The hotel has the greates location of the city. The restaurant has great and delicious food. For sure I will stay there again. I will highly recommended.

My 3rd time there, desk personnel capable and friendly, balcony views, taxi and local bus service good, complaint faulty lock boxes, and room wifi room 315 seriously lacking, sporadic! Included breakfast, simple, but adequate. Rooms large and modern. Shall stay here again, 3.5 rating.

La atención en la recepción, y el valet parking es muy buena; no obstante, en el restaurant puede mejorar. Estuve dos días en fin de semana en la habitación 315, que tiene una bonita vista parcial al mar; siempre muy limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionando perfectamente. Una limitante fue el wifi que no funcionó a pesar de haberlo reportado.
