Two things: pick up at train station as promised was late, so I had already given up and turned my phone data on (costs $) to find my way to the hotel when suddenly he showed up. If there’s one thing to do at the outset, is ge the pickup right. Not the best foot forward. Also, the spa seemed confused a flustered when I walked in without a reservation just to have a sauna and hot bath on my own as a Day Pass. The spa seemed empty, and no English spoken, which is a little surprising since the package pamphlet was bilingual. Anyway, I tried to communicate but gave up as not worth the confusion. The dinner the second night was a bit of a challenge as the restaurant was full and after 20 minutes had to ask for someone to take my order. The food itself was excellent.

We had a lovely room with comfy beds and a great shower after our Inca Trail hike. The included dinner was good and the spa services were excellent. The staff was also very helpful holding our bags and delivering them to our room.. We also enjoyed walking around the area around the hotel and the market and it was only a block to walk to the train station.

I wish the location was not in the center of town although it is very lucrative but can be quite busy at night and noisy at times. Otherwise we had a great time at the property.

Hotel forgot about out spa booking. Foot massage was not the entire time. We booked a suite and room had weird layout with shower in middle of room right next to closet and had no divider but only transparent piece of plastic. AC is too cold and cannot be turned off because there's no switch. The bed sheets are very hard on the skin and there's no lights in public hallways so it's very dark at as well as is the floor is abaonded. Front desk was also not friendly. The welcome guide on arrival day was not welcoming and just walked on his own without even checking if the group behind is caught up or need help

I travel all around the world and I can say that this hotel is by far the best bang for your buck. Excellent location, pleasant staff , breakfast and dinner included, very affordable spa services. Strongly recommended.

Good hotel with a good Swiss breakfast. Dinner was from a set menu and included one appetizer, one main course, and one dessert. Drinks were extra. We didn’t feel full after dinner. The room and bathroom were quite small, and it would have been nice to have slippers provided. Access to the spa, sauna, and pool was also at an additional cost. Overall, I don’t think it was worth the price.

Stayed for 3 nights. Very convenient location close to everything. They pick you up and drop you off at the train station carrying your luggage. Breakfast and dinner was included for us. They did a great job refreshing the room each day. They also had umbrellas in the room which was a good touch Cons: Front desk wanted to give me a room with 2 single beds (for my wife and I). I had to open up Expedia booking and convince them to give me a king bed which they reluctantly did Dinner made both my wife and I sick Bathroom is a little weird with no exhaust fan

The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms were spacious, modern and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Use of the spa pool and dry sauna were included in our stay. The sauna was great. Would have given 5 stars except the food, which was included in the price, was really bad. We only ate dinner there the first of two nights after tasting the food. I could say more about this, but hopefully the hotel management has a plan for improving. Breakfast was abundant, but so-so at best. We had a mishap with laundry that took a very long time for the hotel to resolve, causing us to almost miss our train to Cusco. They billed us for 30 instead of 3 pair of pants and it seemed to take many layers of authorization to correct the error.

Perfectly located within easy walking distance from the train station and the bus to Machu Picchu. Friendly service, good breakfast and dinner and clean rooms. Comfortable beds as well. Glad we stayed here and we recommend it.
