Overall good. Bathtub didn’t drain well and minor things.

I liked the convenience of having a hotel in bricktown and near the Paycom. Was able to park at the hotel and walk to my destination

Most of the bathroom tiles on the floor were broken. The bathtub and shower had mold around the edges. A spot of mildew was also on the wall by the bathtub. The tiles on the floor shifted due to being broken.

This stay was not my first here. I first stayed here 2 years ago when my daughter had a major knee surgery. We live 2.5 hours from the hospital so we stayed there after her discharge and until her first follow up 3 days later. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their mini fridge doesn’t have a freezer so they graciously kept her ice packs in their break room freezer for us. They checked in on us and made sure we had all we needed. Since that stay they are my go to when I need to stay in the area. They are always polite, helpful, and clean. They offer a decent breakfast as well.

Refrigerator knob was broken so the fridge was not cold, asked the front desk to assist - they at first said maintenance wasn’t avail then never followed up. We ran out of toilet paper and that was another issue in itself - they didn’t have any and had to go to the “3rd floor” to get it, never brought to the room, we had to pick it up from the front desk. The only thing that was great was the room service staff that was prompt and had the room clean - 5 stars to them only.

Comfy Bed, great shower, pillow selection and wholesome breakfast. Highlight was the service.

It was great! Check in was easy. Room was clean, minus the used wash rag hanging from the shower head. Within walking distance to all of the bars & restaurants in Bricktown.

The staff at the front desk were happy to assist with dining recommendations after check-in. They were truly service oriented and an asset to the hotel.

This is my go to hotel when I need a night away! I absolutely love the staff and the breakfast!!

Bricktown area offers a nice blend of restaurants and bars.

Convenient Parking, nice workout room and pool area.

All the doors seemed to "slam" shut, but the outside door was the worst. As people were leaving the building a morning, all we heard were slams, and it started early. Definitely sont stay on the first floor again

The only complaint is the bed was a little hard for me but breakfast was great staff was very friendly and knowledgeable
