The resort has a quiet, green environment, perfect for families. The rooms are comfortable and clean. All the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. Unfortunately, the food wasn't very good (for example, the soup was quite bland).

The breakfast buffet service was terrible. If there aren't many customers, they won't organize a buffet and will call in staff instead. The staff didn't introduce all the dishes, and when asked questions, they hesitated as if they didn't want the customers to eat. (Only one female staff member served) The others were okay.

The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The room is spacious and airy. There are free tickets to visit Binh Chau hot spring area. However, this area is quite far from the sea and the sea is very dangerous and cannot be used for swimming. There are very few guests so other services such as breakfast will not be diverse.

My family stayed for 2 nights, the cleaning staff was sloppy and dirty, the restaurant had few dishes, both days were the same with no changes, I requested an electric car but the male staff at the reception desk was unpleasant and did not support the guests. Will not come back, the service is bad, not worth 4 stars.

Khách sạn rất tốt, sạch sẽ, quang cảnh đẹp. Điểm trừ nhỏ là bãi xe máy cho khách như chưa có, hi vọng sau này resort xây dụng khu vực nhỏ, có mái che, rào đoàng hoàng để làm nơi để xe máy cho khách.

I don't understand why Booking switched to Expedia? The room is ok but the amenities are not up to par: the water pressure is too weak, the toilet is a bit bad. The distance to the beach is far so I'm afraid to take a bath. Buffee is mid-range compared to 4*
