Wasn’t informed that road access closed and a detour available over the river. Internet also unavailable due to road works. Phone calls not answered in timely manner

The cabins were spacious and clean however there were so many cabins and caravans packed together it certainly wasn’t the lovely waterside experience we expected. I realise we were in a town but the whole experience reeked of maximising profit rather than providing a lovely experience of your beautiful landscape and birdlife.

Always love staying here. Friendly & helpful staff, great views and very peaceful.

Being nexttothe lake

Excellent outside area with the view to Lake Kununurra.

Very disappointing stay! Shower was filthy, the pipes rattled and cut the shower out twice. Pool was closed the entire time. Half the washing machines and dryers were broken. No BBQ facilities near the cabins, all are the other side of the park. Very run down facilities. No worth the prices they charge and definitely more a 2-Star Accommodation, not 4-Star! Beds were comfy!

Lovely small cabin, clean, new kitchen, good quality utensils and pots and pans, comfy beds (not too hard). Lake views and walking distance to the beautiful Pumphouse restaurant, sunset is amazing there!

The cabin was absolutely perfect for our 8 night stay. A view of the lake was a real bonus, the swimming pool was nice and all the staff called out a friendly hello when we saw them. That is your best publicity! The only small thing that was negative, was the fact that the sliding door and the glass panels off the verandah were rather dirty when we arrived, The balcony timber had only recently been oiled and maybe that was why it was like that. I rang the office and the cleaners turned up next morning so that was great. They care about their visitors which means a lot to us.

Was a nice location to stay but I wouldn’t say this place is clean like some other reviews have suggested. It was tidy but when you actually start to spot lino lifting, scum marks and hair in the spa and something stuck on the side of the toilet bowl it makes you look harder into how clean the cabin actually is and it’s not to a standard that you’re paying for. Staff were lovely, gardens were beautiful and it is a very quiet place to stay. Pool kept clean and views of lake is great but cleanliness standards lacked a fair bit.
