Position excellent, very close to monorail/light rail. Poor level of English in all departments. Language training required for better customer service.

We’ve stayed at Isquare multiple times over the years. It always feels like home to us. Compared to other hotels, at Isquare you get a lot of space in the room/bathroom. We can count on the rooms being very clean which gives us peace of mind since we’re traveling with a toddler. We also appreciate the excellent service we received from the front desk staff, the housekeepers, and the staff at the breakfast buffet. Can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip!

Great place to stay if you are visiting to Gimhae area. Staffs are very kind and their hospitality was great! Room was clean, fitness center was good enough to maintain your muscle. Easy to get the taxi and transportation option. Nice place.

The hotel has beautiful stone on interior surfaces. It is gracious and clean. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful.

I liked this hotel except it didn’t have very many dining options. Room service was very limited.

Beds are a little hard.

I will not stay at this property again. No restaurant/bar for evening business discussions. Staff not necessarily friendly or helpful. Room cleanliness could be better. I will seek another hotel for my stay in GimHae.

호텔이 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 가족들도 좋아했고 시내에 위치해 있어 편안했습니다. 다만 침대가 딱딱한편이었고, 칫솔과 치약이 유료라는건 알고 있었는데 칫솔 2/3,300원 이렇게 돼 있어서 칫솔이 2개에 3,300원인줄 알았는데 1개에 3,300원 이었습니다. 칫솔가격에 대해 헷갈리지 않게 공지할필요가 있을듯합니다.

Easily the best hotel in town. Fifteen minutes cab ride from the station. Friendly staff, I love the quirky floral print uniforms. Large, comfortable beds.

I’ve stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and they never disappoint! The staff is very attentive and the service is impeccable. I would t hesitate to book again.

Definitely no value for the money you pay, but not many other options around.

nice hotel, good location and close to the airport

This is a very Nice hotel, has An adyacent mall and Subway statiin. It's only problem is that is one hour away from the city...above this is excellent
