Heritage hotel in the middle of the city with a fish pond and a garden equipped with a large and beautiful duck, unfortunately there is no facility to provide fish food, so the fish are skinny, the room is quite spacious and clean, the bathroom is standard, but not elderly friendly because the floor is slippery and there is no handle, fortunately there is an option to ask for a free anti-slip bathmat from the receptionist. This should have been provided without request. Service at the time of reception was less responsive both the receptionist and bellboy, as well as information about the hotel was not provided by the receptionist such as whether the skylounge is operating and free or paid for guests. Parking is quite spacious, only the parking attendants need training to be friendly and pay attention to guest requests, not to arrange things as they please.
