The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, and the location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

It was not clean and you can hear everything in the night. One of the nights we stay there next door was been really loud they were laughing screaming and when we call the front desk the lady said other people already complained and they were going to send someone… no one did! From 11pm- 3 in the morning it was loud I couldn’t sleep that night. The next morning I went and ask if the can change me to another room she said nothing was available, and that the people were leaving that day to not worry. I’m definitely not going back

The room was always cleaned, as needed and I loved the pool and breakfast, but it was the friendly staff, from housekeeping to the staff at breakfast to the kind man who seems to do everything here, he walked me to my room at check in, to the cats and the kindness of everyone here. I am so grateful to have spent some time here and felt the heart of Mexico. 🇲🇽 Muchas gracias to you all!

I had an amazing stay at this location. The staff was very friendly, specially an older gentle man, I cannot remember his name but he was very attentive. Rooms where clean.

The restaurant was not open the afternoon I arrived or for dinner. There were no washcloths in the room. Very poor lightening in the vanity area. Hot water took over five minutes to arrive. Shower was so small I could barely turn around. The shower head only trickled out water. One of my worst hotel experiences in Merida. I will never return.
