We had a great 4-night stay at Eastin. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They always tried to give us the best support whenever requested. The moment we arrived at the hotel lobby, we felt welcomed by the doorbell. When checking in and out, it was quick, smooth, and full of hospitality (especially the young man). The room was spacious and clean. A kitchen for simple cooking was available. Also, you can access the gym, swimming pool, and kids club (remember to register at the lobby). The bed was comfortable for a good sleep. Besides, it’s walking distance to One Nimman complex, Maya shopping mall, Think Park Shibuya, and many delicious restaurants like Cherng Doi Roast Kitchen, Ginger Farm, Mae Jin, etc. We will definitely come back if visiting Chiang Mai again. I went to Chiang Mai for my research purpose and joined my colleague to choose this hotel for accommodation, as she said the place is in range with a mall and the hotel has an access to the main road. Turned out my stay was amazing. The staffs were very friendly and helpful (especially since I arrived early). The hotel room ambience was wonderful, especially the hotel offers balcony side (and mine was facing the road next to the mall). The room that I had was cozy and spacious. The snack bar is also good (I took a Pringles from the bar), and the room service (and restaurant) was amazing. The breakfast was also really good! If you have a long journey to Chiang Mai and if you have a full day of tiring activity there, Eastin Tan will be your best choice.
