The parking lot is a bit tight for traffic. Great staff, beautiful room. The shower could use some bleaching but overall very satisfied

It was a pleasant surprise how nice the hotel is; beds/pillows could be alittle more comfortable. Overall, very good. We will stay again...

Everything went smoothly with our stay and it was lovely as usual!!

The window was filthy. The mattress was old and miserable. I had very poor sleep and would wake up with back pain.

My husband and I were in Minneapolis for a wedding and our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was great. It was situated perfectly for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The only thing we thought needed improvement was the cleanliness of the tables during the breakfast time, but it was a busy place. Still a great experience.

This was a fairly normal Hampton Inn. We came here because of the amazing rating but found the hotel did not live up to what we had hoped. It is still a decent hotel though

We were under a heat warning- AC in the room was great, but the first day the hallways/elevators were stiflingly hot. They had it working great the next day!

Good location, clean facility, great breakfast

Very rude check in person. Told me there were no other rooms when I asked to be moved away from traffic noise. Said “ take it or leave it”. Also asked for a carton of milk, it was evening, and he said no, don’t have any. We have made this same request at other hotels including your chain time from time and they always go to kitchen and provide the milk.! Just not very welcoming or accommodating.

Never had housekeeping enter our room…..

Great value for the night we stayed, got a HA room that we did not need. The room was clean and comfortable.

The TV service was glitchy and froze two out of three nights.

The room was clean and orderly and the personnel were friendly and busy keeping the check in and breakfast areas clean even though the guest activity was considerable.

Room was very nice setup

We were sitting in the shared space in the lobby. There was a group of about 15 of us which included our 13 year-old kids. Then, a soccer team and all of their parents and coaches came into the shared space. With screaming children running around uncontrolled. The parents were drinking. The coach of the team had organized games for the children and was walking around blowing a whistle. It was chaos. They refused to control their children. They refuse to quiet down or stop blowing the whistle. The night manager was aware of everything going on. He refused to do anything about it. I don’t know if he was afraid of the parents of these children. The manager came up to our table and asked us to calm our children down. We told them they weren’t our children. But he refused to say anything to anyone else.
